Week 12 Start 'em

QB
Eli Manning (NYG)- He has been playing awful lately and will pick up the level of play this week against the 28th ranked passing Def.
J. Delhomme (CAR)- The Redskins have allowed 237.6yds/game, 20 TDs, with only 3 interceptions.
C. Frye (CLE)- Cinci has the leagues worst passing def.

RB

B. Westbrook (PHI)- Indy's run def is bad. Philly will have to rely on westbrook with McNabb out.

F. Gore(SF)- Gore is comming off a 200+ game. STL rushing def is 31st. Last game against STL, he piled up 127 and a TD.

L. Tomlinson- No brainer. He will score atleast 3 TDs in this blow out.

WR

B. Edwards (CLE)- Cinci has the leagues worst passing def. Braylon has been clicking with Frye.

K. Johnson (CAR)- Redskins def is just awful. He will have a big game along with Steve Smith.

P. Burress (NYG)- He will hook up with Eli often in this matchup.

TE

A. Crumpler (ATL)- He will be looking to rebound from last weeks disaster. The saints have allowed TEs to do well in the past.

K. Winslow- This guy is my favorite. He will put up great numbers against the worst pass Def.

R. McMichael- May not get great yards, but looks to score in the game.

Def

Carolina- Playing agaisnt the Redskins with new QB and no Portis.

Seattle- GB may be without Favre and starting a 3rd string QB. Either way the Pats found a way to shut them out.

San Diego- Oakland is struggling tp put together any offense. They aer only averaging 11 points per game.

Nice job Matty, Quick question I have Burress should I start him over Driver this week? I have a Flex postion and it's filled with an RB, my RB's are Tiki, Gore & R. Johnson can't see sitting any of them this week. So, It leaves me with 2 WR's spots and my 1 WR is R. Wayne who should my second WR be, Driver or Burress?

Thanks,
Fly

Anthony, If Favre starts, go with Driver, if not...go with Burress.

Suzie,
With only two down weeks this season McAllister has been a consistent runner. This week he should get in the end zone and be a good start as a result.I would stay away from any Bronco RB and Dillon's style matches up well with the Bears. It is better to run right at them and try to overpower them because they are so fast sideline to sideline. He is a Gut Check because no one knows what the Patriots' offense will try to do week to week. K. Johnson over Glenn. LJ. Smith over B. Watson.

What do you think?
I have Thomas Jones @ N.E. or Deuce McAllister @ Atl. Which one do you like?

Thanks,
Tim

Matty,

Thank you for getting back to me on who to start this week... I was having a really hard time choosing. I started Glenn over Johnson and that turned out fairly well. I did keep in LJ over Watson but I did put in both McAllister and Bush and kept Dillon out. My def did horribly, but what else is new there. I hope that I am making the right choice keeping both of the NO RB's in as opposed to putting Dillon in. The Bears Def just scares me... Anyway, I appreciate the feedback!!!

Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving
Suzie

Tim,
The Patriots are 2nd against the run (76 yards per game) so Jones should only be started as a number 3 running back this week. That said, I would start Duece with confidence.

Suzie,
I can understand why the Bears Defense scares you, me too. I would go with your gut feeling on the RB situation. Bush should give you good recieving yards. Have a good weekend.
