Start 'em/ Sit 'em week 8 Defense

Start'em
Pittsburg @Oak
Great matchup so look for them to rebound here
Carolina vs Dal
Panthers will bring pressure constantly because Dal can't protect
Philly vs. Jax
Eagles will blitz a lot and get to leftwich

Sit'em
SD vs. STL
Bulger has protected the ball very well this year and SD def has injuries
ATL @ CIN
Palmer should pick this defense apart so not a good play
SEA @ KC
Not a great week to use them on the road

Week 8 studs

The following players will post respectable numbers in upcoming week 8.

QB- Rex Grossman (after laying an egg in Arizona will rebound for a big game)
QB- Brett Favre (at home against Arizona - who is allowing 20.4 ponst per game)
QB- Eli Manning- (TB pass defense not that good.)

RB- Willie Parker- (Oakland can't stop anyone except Edge and Big Ben might not play)
RB- Thomas Jones- (Against San Fran- enough said)
RB- Larry Johnson- (Seahawks will be a mess without Hass and Alexander)

WR- H. Ward- (only reliable WR right now- stud you start every week)
WR- P. Burress- (will connect with Manning to thrash TB Def)
WR - Andre Johnson - (Tennessee has allowed 8 Passing TDs this season)
WR- Chad Johnson (Houshmandzadeh will be the decoy this week- ALT can be passed on)

TE- Heath Miller- ( Oak has allowed 8 Passing TDs, 3 to TEs)
TE- A. Gates- (Only 4 teams are worse against the pass than Seattle)
TE- Kellen Winslow- ( Jets have allowed 9 passing TDs so far)

K- Carney (will kick a lot against stout Baltimore Def.)
K - N Rackers- ( GB has no Def and Rackers wants to redeem himself)
K - R Gould- ( CHI looks to offense back on track and will score plenty.)

DEF- Chi- (San Fran will turn the ball over planty against Chi def)
DEF- KC- (No Hass, No Alexander)
DEF- Car- (DAL QB situation up in the air)

Cheated by Lamont and the Raiders

For those of you that started Lamont Jordan this week in have to feel cheated. I absolutely do. All indications and reports indicated that he would be starting and finally for those of "us" fantasy football idiots who drafted him in the 1st round, thought he would go off on the terrible run defense called the Arizona Cardinals. Instead, Fargas, Crockett, and Tuiasosopo combine for 130 yards rushing. I for one will not start Lamont Jordan again this season, he will remain on my bench as I was cheated!
